Will the mold be retained? Is there an extra fee for reorders?
Molds are kept free of charge for 3 years. No mold fee for reorders within this period—original molds can be reused if size and shape remain unchanged.

We provide global shipping and can assist with customs documents like commercial invoices. For order issues caused by customs (excluding customer non-cooperation), we’ll reship for free.
