We have no minimum order requirement for custom soft enamel pins. We accept both single personalized orders and large bulk productions.
What is the customization process?
Process: Demand communication → Free design draft confirmation → Contract signing & payment → Mass production → Delivery & acceptance.
Is design service charged? Do I need to provide a design draft?
We offer free design services. If you do not have a finished design, you can provide reference materials and our team will create the design for you at no cost. For existing designs, vector files such as AI, EPS or CDR are recommended. Bitmap images should be at least 300dpi to ensure clear printing.
We will only start production after your final confirmation.
What is the lead time?
We offer worldwide shipping in 3 to 7 working days for standard delivery, or 3 working days for expedited service.
What sizes, shapes and materials can be customized?
We offer flexible sizes with the standard range of 20 to 50mm and support custom special shapes. Available materials include copper for the finest texture, iron for excellent cost efficiency and zinc alloy.
Can metal electroplating and enamel colors be customized?
Customization is available. Standard electroplating including gold, silver, copper, nickel and gunmetal is free. Enamel colors can be fully customized and Pantone color numbers are recommended for precise matching.
What additional processes can be added?
Optional extra processes include epoxy coating, hollowing, luminous finish, printing and back pin customization such as butterfly clutches or magnetic clasps.
Is there a minimum order quantity requirement? How is the price calculated?
We have no minimum order requirement. We offer tiered pricing where the unit price decreases as order quantity increases, with larger discounts for bulk orders.
What is the shipping methods?
We offer worldwide delivery through trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx and UPS. Shipping fees are negotiable, and a tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
What if there are quality issues with the finished products?
Please provide your order number, photos of the package or products, and the quantity of affected items. We will check promptly and your sales representative will follow up with a solution by the end of the day.
