Design & Modeling：Based on the client’s custom requirements (pattern, size, shape), create a digital design and 3D model via computer software, and finalize the production plan.
Mold Fabrication：Use CNC machining equipment (e.g., milling machines) to produce metal molds according to the design model, preparing the core tool for subsequent forming.
Paint Color Matching：Mix decorative coatings (e.g., enamel, baking paint) according to the client’s specified colors, ensuring precise color alignment with requirements.
Metal High-Temperature Calcination：Place metal materials (e.g., zinc alloy, copper) into a high-temperature furnace for calcination and melting, turning them into liquid metal that meets forming requirements.
