Can I use the tool with no design experience?

Will my design be saved if I exit midway?
Yes. The system auto-saves your progress as you edit. You can also click "Save" manually. Log back in later, and you’ll find your draft in your personal center.
Can I upload my own images/drafts? What formats?
Yes. You can upload hand-drawn drafts, logos, etc. Supported formats: JPG, PNG, SVG. SVG is best for resizing without blurring. Uploaded files are saved in your material library.
Are the templates and elements copyright-free for production?
Yes, all are officially licensed for custom pins, medals and coins. Don’t sell or reuse the materials separately on other platforms.
Can I edit text freely (font, color, layout)?

Can I change the design after placing an order?
Only before production starts. Contact our staff to adjust. No changes allowed once production (mold making, etc.) begins—please check your design carefully first.
Can I share my design for others to view/edit?
Yes. Find your design in your personal center, click "Share" to generate a link/QR code. Set permissions to "view only" or "allow editing" for team collaboration.
What if the tool freezes or malfunctions?
Try refreshing the page, clearing browser cache, or using Chrome/Edge. If it still doesn’t work, contact online customer service with screenshots and steps of the problem.
