Absolutely! We provide free professional design services for all custom orders with no hidden fees. You only need to inform the designer of your creative ideas, brand elements, style preferences (such as minimalist, retro, cartoon), or provide hand-drawn sketches and reference cases. Our experienced design team will communicate and optimize throughout the process until a satisfactory final design draft is produced.

Yes! We will send a digital design proof to your reserved email within 1-2 working days after order submission. Production will never start until we receive your written final confirmation, ensuring the finished product is completely consistent with your expectations.

Unlimited free revisions are allowed! You only need to reply to the proof confirmation email with specific revision comments (such as color adjustment, detail addition/removal, layout optimization), and the designer will adjust and resend the proof immediately until you confirm the final version.

To ensure printing accuracy, we prefer to receive vector files (formats: AI, EPS, editable PDF) with all fonts converted to outlines/curves to avoid font missing during production;

Raster files are also accepted (formats: PNG, JPG, TIFF, PSD, BMP) with the following requirements: resolution not less than 300dpi, file size recommended to be 4 times the finished product size to ensure clear patterns;

Color Labeling: It is strongly recommended to mark Pantone (PMS) color numbers on the design draft for accurate color reproduction; digital printing products need to ensure the color mode is CMYK additionally.

The price is a custom price exclusive to the order, and the core influencing factors include: product size, order quantity, selected material (steel, zinc alloy, etc.), production process (enamel, UV printing, engraving, etc.), and additional functions (accessories, packaging, expedited service).

Various secure payment methods are supported: major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, checks, money orders.

Yes, expedited service is available! For urgent needs, we provide priority production services, which can shorten the regular production cycle by 30%-50% (e.g., an order with a regular 2-week cycle can be completed in about 1 week with expedited service).

We adhere to high-quality craftsmanship standards. All products leave the factory after multiple rounds of quality inspections (raw material inspection, in-production patrol inspection, finished product full inspection), with an extremely low defective rate.

Under normal circumstances, the color will be as close as possible to the design proof. Since all metal products are hand-colored, slight color differences may be caused by differences in paint batches and minor hand operation differences, which are normal phenomena of custom products and not considered quality issues.

If 100% accurate color matching is required, you can choose the Pantone (PMS) precise color matching service. 1. What materials are used for custom medals? What are the differences?

Core materials are steel and zinc alloy, with the following characteristic comparisons:
