The first step to start customization is to convey your design inspiration and customization needs to us. You can directly send hand-drawn sketches, reference photos, or provide high-definition logo files in formats such as AI, EPS, and PDF, and we will accurately capture your core requirements.
Step 2 : Design Draft Review & Unlimited Revisions
After receiving your requirements, we will quickly produce an exclusive design draft. We provide one-on-one collaboration services throughout the process and support unlimited revisions and adjustments to the design draft, from details to the overall look, until it fully meets your expectations.
Step 3 : Confirm the Design Draft & Initiate Production
Once you confirm the design draft, it will be immediately transferred to our exclusive production line for custom pins. We will accurately create custom molds and advance the production in strict accordance with production standards. The entire process will adhere to the agreed delivery time to ensure efficient and controllable procedures.
Step 4 : Quality Inspection, Fast Shipping & After-Sales Tracking

There is no minimum order quantity for custom soft enamel pins—we accept both 1-piece personalized orders and bulk orders.
What is the customization process?
Process: Demand communication → Free design draft confirmation → Contract signing & payment → Mass production → Delivery & acceptance.
Is design service charged? Do I need to provide a design draft?
Free design service! Provide reference materials if no design draft, and we will create for free; vector files (AI/EPS/CDR) are preferred for existing drafts, and bitmaps require ≥300dpi to ensure clarity.

What is the lead time?

What sizes, shapes and materials can be customized?
Flexible sizes (regular 20-50mm), supports custom special shapes; optional materials: copper (best texture), iron (high cost-effectiveness), zinc alloy.
Can metal electroplating and enamel colors be customized?
Customizable! Regular electroplating (gold/silver/copper/nickel/gunmetal, etc.) is free; enamel colors can be customized arbitrarily, and a PANTONE color number is recommended for accuracy.
What additional processes can be added?
Available additional processes: glue dropping (waterproof & scratch-resistant), hollowing, luminous/fluorescent, printing, back buckle customization (butterfly/magnetic buckle, etc.), extra cost applies.
Is there a minimum order quantity requirement? How is the price calculated?
No minimum order quantity! Tiered pricing applies: the more you order, the lower the unit price, with greater discounts for large quantities.
What is the shipping methods?
Global delivery available. We ship with DHL, FedEx, UPS and reliable logistics partners. Shipping cost is negotiable, and a tracking number will be provided once shipped.
What if there are quality issues with the finished products?
Please share your order number, along with a photo of the packaging/items and the total count of affected pieces. We will review it promptly, and your sales coordinator will follow up by the end of the day with a solution.
