We use tiered pricing: the more coins you order, the lower the unit price. Contact customer service with your requirements for an accurate quote and discount plan.
How long does it take from design to delivery?
The standard turnaround time is 5-9 business days. Rush service is available, with completion as fast as 4 business days (additional fee applies).
What materials and techniques are available?
Main materials include brass (round coins) and zinc alloy (custom-shaped/3D coins), with copper and stainless steel also optional. Techniques cover gold/silver plating, antique finishes, UV printing, 3D relief, and enamel filling.
Do I need to provide design drawings myself?
No. Just share your ideas, text, logos, or sketches—our designers will create a free digital draft. You can also upload existing files, with unlimited revisions until satisfaction.
Will the mold be retained? Is there an extra fee for reorders?
Molds are kept free of charge for 3 years. No mold fee for reorders within this period—original molds can be reused if size and shape remain unchanged.
Do you offer global shipping? How to handle customs clearance?
We provide global shipping and can assist with customs documents like commercial invoices. For order issues caused by customs (excluding customer non-cooperation), we’ll reship for free.
How to resolve quality issues?
Contact customer service within 7 days of receipt for quality defects. Minor aesthetic variations (within 5%) are normal due to the handcrafted nature of custom products.
