Color Matching

Unless otherwise agreed in advance, all colors will be matched to your original artwork as closely as possible. Most of our products are handcrafted and hand-colored, so occasional color variations may occur between different batches of dyes and color codes.

While we strive for precise color matching using the Pantone® Formula Guide, minor color variations may still occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products, differences in raw materials, or production batch variations. Such variations are not considered product defects, and we do not offer refunds or replacements solely based on minor color discrepancies unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to production.

For precise color matching, we utilize the Pantone® Formula Guide. A fee of $15 will be charged for each color to be precisely matched according to the Pantone® color system. Please note that due to differences in monitor calibration, the colors displayed on your screen may not exactly match those in the Pantone® Formula Guide. We match colors to your original artwork strictly based on the printed version of the guide.
